The Western New York Chapter of The Hogs and Heroes Foundation held various fundraising events throughout the year, including a Meat Raffle and their annual Armed Forces Day Ride. In 2023, the group distributed the funds raised in material and financial assistance to organizations such as Buffalo Niagara Honor Flight, OpOverwatch, Niagara County Sheriffs & their K9 Division, Western New York C.O.P.S. Concerns of Police Survivors, Milton J. Brounshidle Post 205, and The Gratwick Hose Fire Co #6.

In addition to fundraising, the group also performs Honor Missions for fallen police officers, firefighters, emergency medical workers, military members killed in combat operations, and U.S. military veterans when requested. They also bring donuts to local police stations on Law Enforcement Appreciation Day and lunch to fire stations and ambulance crews to thank them for serving the community.
