Hogs and Heroes Leading the Escort for the Wall That Heals

On April 20th 2021 The Hogs and Heroes Foundation had the honor of escorting the Wall That Heals from Perdue Stadium in Salisbury Maryland to the Ocean Pines Veterans Memorial also located in Maryland.

This was an amazing experience and we could not have done this without the excellent services provided by the Maryland State Police, Wicomico County Sheriff's Department and the Worcester County Sheriff's Department. These fine officers skillfully cleared the way for this important Semi Truck carrying the Wall That Heals and of course hundreds of Motorcycles.

We had a great showing of support from members of our foundation from across multiple states and there was also plenty of support shown from other bike groups in the surrounding area as well.

Over all this was a magical experience to play a part in such a wonderful tribute to our Vietnam Veterans.

The Wall that Heals will remain at the Ocean Pines Veterans Memorial until Sunday April 24th. The Wall will be open to the public 24 hours a day during its time here on the Eastern Shore.
