HHFA; MD-5, All Chapters; Salute to Veterans

Join MD-5 at the 2019 Salute to Veterans on 11 November 2019 where we will set-up (under the tent) a Recruiting/Information Table.  “Salute to Veterans” is a day of live music, food, and drinks honoring all those who have served. 11:00 to 16:00 at the Maryland Veterans Museum at Patriot Park at 11000 Crain Hwy, Newburg, MD 20664.

The host has asked us to ride in together at 11:30 AM (weather permitting) so we will meet up at the Shell Station at the corner of Rt 301 and MD Rt 725 in Upper Marlboro MD at 10:00 AM (KSU at 10:30 AM).  The event features Little Texas! There will also be Veteran Resource Exhibitors, 40+ veteran-owned businesses, special guests like legendary Redskins RB, Larry Brown, and more! This is a rain or shine event (under tents).

Note:  If weather does not permit riding we will cage it to the event.

If any HHFA members are veterans and own a business, there are "Vetrepreneur" opportunities during this event to set up and sell your goods or services; contact Mini for details.

- Tickets are $35 online / $40 at the event

- HHFA members who are Active Duty or Veterans are FREE but we need to know by 28 October so we can get your tickets

- Any HHFA member purchasing tickets should use the promo code ehogs2019

- HHFA members registering for the event and buying a ticket will receive a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE promotion; you will not see that you have been given a free ticket but the gate staff know to allow an extra person with every HHFA ticket purchase

- Know a Veteran down on their luck that would love to attend this event (who doesn't want to see Little Texas?) but cannot due finances? We can sponsor them through the "Vet Angel Program"; send Mini the Veteran's info.
