The Hogs & Heroes Foundation is a registered
501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Hogs & Heroes
Foundation is a not-for-profit organization
established to support the families of Public Safety
and Military personnel killed, wounded or disabled
in the line of duty
PRIZES
The First Prize winner for the October 6th, 2012
drawing will be awarded a 2003 C & C Cycle Custom
Swoopy Softail (Tangerine Dream) with an official
retail value of $63,500.
The Second Prize winner will receive $500 cash.
The Third Prize winner will receive a C&C Cycle
Service package ($300 value).
The Fourth Prize winner will receive $250 cash.
Winner does not need to be present at the drawing,
but must present their entry stub when claiming the
prize. The winner must claim their prize within 14
days from notification, per directions provided in
the notification. He/she is responsible for picking
up the Motorcycle on a date, time and agreed upon
with the Hogs & Heroes Foundation. Failure to claim
the prize within 14 days will result in forfeiture
of the prize.
All federal, state and local income, sales and/or
excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges
associated with the prize, are the sole
responsibility of the holder of the winning ticket.
Winner must complete a W-9 form before receiving
prize. For further information, consult your
qualified financial adviser.
DONATIONS
For each $20.00 donation, a single raffle entry will
be generated for the donor at time of donation. All
tickets bought will constitute as your official
Receipt of ticket(s) purchased and that number will
represent as paid receipt of said ticket and placed
in our official ticket bin for the drawing and use
the information supplied by the ticket purchaser.
A "donation" shall not occur and be binding
on Hogs & Heroes Foundation until funds received for
the same have cleared the bank. PayPal accounts and
most major credit cards are acceptable for online
donations. Raffle donations may be made online at
Hogshereosfoundation.com, Heroesride.com or
in-person at any site designated as an official
outlet or where Hogs & Heroes Foundation tickets are
on display. Please Note: US Postal Regulation do NOT
allow ticket stubs to be mailed via US Mail.
Each donation shall constitute an "entry" into the
raffle drawing, and the person to whom the entry is
registered shall be the "Entrant." Although more
than one name may be provided on the entry
registration form, the entry shall be registered to
the first name listed, who shall constitute the sole
Entrant for that ticket. The winning Entrant shall
be the "winner" of the prize. Transfer of prize
ownership will be made to the Entrant. The winner
must supply his/her social security number and any
additional information necessary to complete
required tax and registration forms. This
information shall be provided before the prize is
tendered. It is the sole responsibility of the
Entrant to allocate a winning prize to other
participants in case of a multiple entry
registration, and the winning Entrant shall hold
harmless Hogs & Heroes Foundation, its officers,
agents, employees and volunteers,
Hogsheroesfoundation.com, Heroesride.com and its
officers, agents, and members, in case of
conflicting claims or disputes among multiple
claimants.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW
This raffle is conducted in accordance with gaming
laws enacted and enforced by the State Of Maryland
and is void in areas prohibited or restricted by
law. Raffle promoters and/or Hogs & Heroes
Foundation are not responsible for lost or stolen
entries. Raffle entries will be disqualified, at the
sole discretion of Hogs & Heroes Foundation, if
attempts are made to disrupt the Raffle or
circumvent the terms and conditions of these
Official Rules. If the above occurs, Hogs & Heroes
Foundation reserves the right to remedy any such
action, disruption, or circumvention in a manner,
determined solely by Hogs & Heroes Foundation that
is fair and equitable to Raffle participants.
Hogs & Heroes Foundation, its members, officers,
directors, agents, and representatives and their
parent organizations, affiliates, subsidiaries, and
advertising, promotion and legal advisers are not
responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i)
late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected,
incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
(ii) failed, returned, or misdirected notifications
based on inaccurate information provided by the
winner; (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or
software program, network, Internet, or computer
malfunctions, failures, or difficulties resulting
from participation in this Raffle of otherwise; (iv)
errors in transmission; (v) any condition caused by
events beyond the control of Hogs & Heroes
Foundation that may cause the Raffle to be disrupted
or corrupted; (vi) any injuries, losses, or damages
of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from
acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from
participation in the Raffle; or (vii) any printing
or typographical errors in any materials associated
with the Raffle.
QUANTITY OF ENTRIES
The maximum number of entries offered via donation
is 5,000. Requests for entries and therefore
donations received after all entries are assigned or
following the drawing, will be returned to the
entrant(s).
ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal residents of the United
States and 18 years of age or older on, or before,
August 26th, 2011. The Entrant must supply his/her
social security number and complete all required tax
and registration forms to receive the prize. A
$20.00 charge will be assessed for non-sufficient
funds or stop payment checks.
DRAWING
The raffle drawing will take place on October 6th,
2012, at C&C Cycle, 8182 Telegraph Road Severn, MD
21144. Winners name and likeness will be used and
added to the website within 24 hours of drawing
date. If not depleted prior to the official prize
drawing, entries will be available via in-person
donation until the day of the drawing. If not
depleted prior to the official prize drawing, online
entries must be completed and in the possession of
Hogs & Heroes Foundation by 9:00 a.m. EDT on October
5, 2012. The winner does not need to be present at
the time of the drawing and will be notified by Hogs
& Heroes Foundation within 7 business days of the
drawing. It is the responsibility of the
donor/entrant to provide true and correct contact
information including a valid mailing address, phone
number and email address for notification.

All decisions of the Poole Accounting Firm
are final.
WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Entrants release Hogs & Heroes Foundation, its board
of directors, committee members, officers,
volunteers, and representative agents from any and
all liability with respect to participation in the
promotion and possession of the prize. Any liability
of Hogs & Heroes Foundation shall be limited to the
donation amount. In case of a dispute, Hogs & Heroes
Foundation’s decision shall be final. Hogs & Heroes
Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen
tickets.
Entrant agrees to allow Hogs & Heroes Foundation to
use his/her name and/or image without any
compensation for any promotional activity related to
this or any future raffles. Any and all addresses
and contact information of the donor/purchaser will
not be released to the public.
